The Journal collects personal information such as names, institutional affiliations, email addresses, ORCID iDs, and professional biographies solely to facilitate manuscript submission, peer review, editorial decision-making, publication, indexing, archiving, dissemination, and other scholarly communication activities.
2. Ethical Data Processing
Only information necessary for editorial and publishing operations is collected. Authors are responsible for ensuring that any personal, confidential, or sensitive information included within submitted manuscripts has been obtained ethically, lawfully, and with appropriate approvals and informed consent where required. Reviewer identities remain strictly confidential under the Journal's double-blind peer review process.
3. Data Sharing
Personal information is never sold, rented, or disclosed for commercial purposes. Information may only be shared with trusted publishing partners responsible for manuscript management, DOI registration, indexing, digital preservation, plagiarism screening, hosting services, or where disclosure is required by applicable law.

Appropriate administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards are implemented, including encrypted communications, controlled editorial access, secure authentication, routine system monitoring, and protected archival infrastructure to safeguard personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Individuals may request access to, correction of, restriction of processing, portability, or deletion of personal information where permitted under applicable law. Requests are evaluated by the Editorial Office in accordance with the Journal's data governance procedures and relevant legal requirements.
6. Policy Review
This policy is reviewed periodically to ensure continued compliance with evolving legal requirements, COPE Core Practices, GDPR principles where applicable, Crossref metadata standards, DOAJ Principles of Transparency and Best Practice, and internationally recognized scholarly publishing standards.
